HerdCommand stores the account and herd records needed to provide cattle record-keeping software: users, companies, animals, events, groups, notes, imports, exports, billing status, and support messages.

We use this information to operate the product, secure accounts, process subscriptions, send transactional messages, troubleshoot problems, and improve HerdCommand. We do not sell ranch records.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Analytics may be collected through services such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate site usage.

You can export your herd data from HerdCommand. If you need account help or want data removed, contact [email protected].
